Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12 pm (Monday—Friday). We can only give a general estimation of 3-5 days for our free economy delivery service. If you pay for 1st Class then we estimate delivery between 1-2 working days. However, mail addressed overseas to serving HM Forces may take up to 5-7 working days to arrive depending on their geographical location. Please refer to our Instructions page for more information.

Yes, all mail uploaded to our MailChute will go through our standard security checks to ensure our users are operating within our terms & conditions. Prohibited images and message content will not be processed and orders will be cancelled effectively if you do not stay within your agreement.

Mail addressed to HM Prisons will go through their very own security checks and procedure, this can take a few hours up to a few days before reaching your recipient. Please allow extra time. Generally, we advise that users select the 1st Class delivery option for faster delivery to speed up the process and to ensure you have followed our instructions page to prevent delays.

You can upload your images from your personal computer or smart device directly to our MailChute website. We intend to ensure your user experience is effortless and friendly.

If you have images on other social media platforms like your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat account or even if your photos are on a Cloud Web storage like iCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive you would need to simply download the image to your computer’s hard drive or smartphone device and then upload your images from that located open folder.

Our service allows you to upload and send photos for an introductory flat fee rate across the United Kingdom and for HM Forces servicemen and women overseas, the price is still the same.

Prices will vary from service, size, category and amounts. However, there are: No Hidden Fees or Subscriptions!

To prevent delays and rejections of orders being rejected by third party inspections i.e. Royal Mail, HM Prison Service or HM Forces it is mandatory that all orders include your sender’s address as well as the recipient’s address. Worst-case scenario your mail may be undelivered or rejected and therefore, will be returned to you as the sender. Please refer to the Instructions page on how to address your mail to a specific place of residence.

Importantly, if you are addressing mail to HM Prisons some only accept mail if they have a sender’s address attached it to. This allows them to ensure their security measures and procedures are in line with there policy.

Once we have processed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. You can also view your orders when you log into your account.

All photos are printed from A6 to A3 size. However, A8, A7 including A6 sizes are exclusive for Prison orders only. 260gsm Glossy Photo Paper is used to print on or higher. We have especially checked with the Prison Service to see if this is an acceptable format and generally speaking they are. Our MailChute service allows you to include a ‘Personal Message’ within your order. Also, you can leave order ‘Notes’ on the Checkout Page to let us know of any important information.

We process orders through debit cards, credit cards via PayPal transactions. Also, you have the option to use your PayPal balance to make purchases.

No, you do not need to create an account to place orders online. Although it is advisable, the advantage of creating an account with MailChute is that it allows you to save your recipient’s address and keep your order details in one place.
